SHIPPING POLICY

At 🐾 SPOILY DOGGY 🐾, we're committed to delivering your pet travel gear safely and efficiently across the Philippines.

Processing Time Orders are processed within 2-7 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times • Metro Manila: 3-5 business days • Luzon: 5-7 business days • Visayas & Mindanao: 7 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. 

Shipping Methods We partner with trusted courier services including LBC, J&T Express, and Ninja Van to ensure your pet gear arrives in perfect condition.

Shipping Restrictions We currently ship within the Philippines only. For bulky items like dog strollers, additional handling time may be required.

Delivery Issues If your package is lost, damaged, or delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us at spoiledpet.store@outlook.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
