RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At 🐾 SPOILY DOGGY 🐾, we want you and your furry friend to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility You may return items within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be: • Unused and in the same condition as received • In original packaging with all tags attached • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned: • Opened or used pet accessories that have been in contact with pets • Personalized or custom-made items • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

Return Process To initiate a return:

Contact us at spoiledpet.store@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery
Provide your order number and reason for return
Wait for return authorization and instructions
Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item

Refund Processing Once we receive and inspect your returned item: • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (GCash, Maya, or credit/debit card) • Original shipping fees are non-refundable • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed

Exchanges We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item: • Contact us immediately at spoilydoggy@gmail.com with photos of the damage • We will arrange a free return and send a replacement or issue a full refund (including shipping costs) • Claims must be made within 48 hours of delivery

Wrong Item Received If we sent you the wrong item, we will cover return shipping costs and send the correct item or provide a full refund.

Late or Missing Refunds If you haven't received your refund within 14 business days: • Check your bank account or payment provider • Contact your payment provider (processing times may vary) • If you've done both and still haven't received your refund, contact us at spoilydoggy@gmail.com
